Ms. Shu-Chun Lee joined Chenco as Assistant Vice President in 2007. She is in charge of a new financial operation platform in China that will initiate and manage property related financial products in Bohai Rim area. Prior to joining Chenco, Ms Lee was a senior manager in the Structured Finance Department at China Development Industrial Bank, where she was responsible for project finance advisory services, investment evaluation and management work with primary focus on the commercial real estate and power industries. She participated in deal sourcing works and executed projects thereafter, including deal structuring, price valuation, commercial terms negotiation, fund raising both from equity side or debt side, and post-investment management or disposition of invested projects. Ms Lee holds a BA degree in Land Economics from National Chengchi University in Taiwan and a MS degree in Real Estate Development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
