Mr. Lin joined Chenco in 2008 as an Assistant to President and Investment Analyst.  Prior to joining Chenco, Mr. Lin had worked for Nan Shan Real Estate Investment in Taiwan as an Investment Analyst.  His analytical experience covers real estate property types of retail, commercial and residential and in all 3 investment strategy categories of core plus, value-added and opportunistic.  Mr. Lin has a BS degree in Finance from The University of Northern British Columbia.
