Fernando Bensuaski is the Managing Director of Shanghai-based Sinolinks Financial Services, a Chenco services company, has been an officer and director of Chenco Holding Company for over ten years and has also responsible for the group’s Shanghai-based activities since 2003. He has over twenty years of experience in investment banking, financial management and operating management and has operated in the US, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Germany, Taiwan, Hong Kong and China. He founded a successful financial consulting firm in 1980 and, from 1987 to 1992, built over 700 housing units in Las Vegas. He has previously been chief financial officer for two public-reporting companies in the US and a director of a Hong Kong-based funds management company. He has lectured in several universities in the US, Taiwan and China (Renmin University and Central University of Finance & Economics) in the area of financial management, as well as at the China Venture Capital Research Institute Executive Management Program sponsored by the World Economic Forum and the University of California at Berkeley. Mr. Bensuaski was a member of a World Economic Forum workgroup dealing with the issues facing private equity and venture capital investors in Mainland China. |
