Mr. Chuang has been the Executive Director of Chenco between 1996-2000 and assisted during the early years of its investment company, The Bascom Group. He re-joined Chenco serving as its Managing Director in April, 2006. Mr. Chuang is an experienced entrepreneur whose experience covers a variety of industries such as real estate, venture capital, and multimedia.

Mr. Chuang was a Vice President of H&Q Asia Pacific (Hong Kong) for its venture investments in China totaled over US$200 millions. He was responsible for management of investments in real estate, infrastructure, eBuinsess, and biotechnology. Mr. Chuang later lead the investment and operation efforts for TEAM10, a media business group, as its Chief Executive Officer, dedicated himself in diversified ventures such as film production, advertisement, multimedia, animation, content licensing, media distribution, and fashion. His clients included major global companies, 4A advertisement agencies, distribution agencies, and major telecom and wireless service providers in Taiwan and China. Mr. Chuang was also a founder of March3 International Ltd., a first-of-its-kind professional Formula Racing promoter in Beijing, China.

Mr. Chuang was a US-licensed architect (Massachusetts) and has practiced for close to ten years earlier in his career. His projects are located around the US, Europe, China and Taiwan. Mr. Chuang holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Tung Hai University, Taiwan, a Master of Architecture from University of Pennsylvania, and was elected into American Institute of Architects (AIA) in 1994. In 2000, he was listed on International Who’s Who of Professionals.
