Mr. Chen serves as Chairman of the board of NSD Corporation. He is also the Chairman of the Taiwan development Trust Corporation and China Real Estate Management Co. Ltd. Chairman Chen has served as President and then Chairman of the Land Bank of Taiwan and Chairman of Taiwan Insurance Corporation.
