Before re-joining Chenco Group in April 2006, Mr. Chou was the Executive Vice President of Fubon Real Estate Management Corporation, the fund and property management company of Fubon REIT No. 1 and No. 2. Total REIT asset under management exceeds US$460 million. Mr. Chou was designated as Asset Manager of Fubon REIT No. 2. In June 2002, Mr. Chou joined Sinolinks Investment Corporation of Chenco Group as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to which he was the President of Yu Tai Ltd., the largest real estate investing arm of the Kuomintang (KMT) party, managing an asset portfolio over US$500 million. Prior to assuming the presidency of Yu Tai, he was a Senior Vice President for Central Investment Holding Limited, one of Taiwan's largest equity investment companies, and worked for Pacific Construction Co., a then market leader. Mr. Chou has significant experience in all areas of real estate and finance. He holds a degree in Architecture from Tunghai University, an Executive MBA degree from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, and a Master degree of Architecture in Urban Design from Harvard University.
